📅 Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — without providing any reason.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns must be sent to our international warehouse. The exact return address will be provided after your request is approved.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not been delivered within 30 business days, please contact us.

In such cases, we will:

  • investigate the shipment
  • and offer a replacement or full refund if necessary

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include:
